Bars, Shadows

The world around us takes form by the interplay of light and darkness. When a luminous source shines upon an object, it casts a dark shape. This occurrence is known as illumination, and it's creates the vivid differences we see between forms in space. Bars, due to their shape, often create unique shadows that can be quite compelling.

Simple/Mundane/Everyday tasks like crossing/walking/traveling a street or interacting/communicating/talking to a stranger can feel overwhelming/daunting/intimidating. Still/However/Yet, there are ways/methods/strategies to rebuild/reintegrate/reconstruct your life and find/discover/locate peace/tranquility/contentment in the world beyond/past/outside the wire.

Echoes in the Cell Block
